InsBOSS training program ensures IBFM’s are equipped with essential skills and knowledge. It includes modules on workplace safety, data protection, diversity, effective communication, customer service, and job-specific skills. Accessible online and in-person, the program has a completion rate of 95% within the first 90 days, with a required 100% completion rate. Annual refreshers are mandated to maintain high standards of performance and compliance. Training ensures a safe, inclusive, and efficient workplace, ultimately driving organizational success!
Required Training
